# Vesna by hirehire

> Vesna is an embedded recruiter for founders and hiring managers. It's AI and works 24/7. You tell it who you're hiring in a chat. It researches your company, finds matching people, reaches out to them under its own name, and brings you only the candidates who want to talk. They book time on your calendar. There is nothing to install or connect. Vesna is in private alpha.

## What Vesna does

Vesna does outbound recruiting: it finds the people who best fit your role and reaches out to them. The best candidates aren't always actively looking. It doesn't post jobs or screen inbound applications.

- Researches your company from its website and starts with a short summary of what it understood.
- Clarifies the role with a few questions (specialisation, seniority, location, an example profile, a do-not-contact list) and checks the requirements: it questions weak criteria such as a fixed number of years and suggests looking at results instead.
- Calibrates on 3–5 example profiles before a wider search.
- Finds matching people and emails them from Vesna's own inboxes, saying which company the role is for. It follows up 3–4 times.
- Sorts replies. Interested candidates come to you in a digest with why they are worth a call, what to check on the call and a question to ask. Candidate questions come to you, and Vesna passes your answer on.
- Sends candidates you approve your booking link (Calendly, Cal.com, Google Calendar, Notion or any other).
- Keeps a living brief: rules it learns from your yes and no answers are confirmed with you before they apply.
- Sends a short update every morning and keeps searching until you say stop.

## What you don't need

- No Slack app, no ATS integration, no access to your inbox or calendar, no API keys.
- No sales call or demo.
- No spreadsheets of profiles to review.

## Data

Vesna remembers your company and past searches. Your data is never visible to other customers. hirehire uses search data to improve Vesna and says so up front.
